This agreement details our obligations regarding the processing of personal data on your behalf.

1. Roles and Responsibilities

For the purposes of GDPR and similar international data protection laws, the Customer is the Data Controller and CliqCase acts as the Data Processor processing data on behalf of the Customer.

2. Processing Details

CliqCase will process personal data solely to provide the services outlined in our Terms of Service. Data processed may include names, contact details, case identifiers, and legal documents pertinent to case management.

3. Sub-processors

CliqCase may engage third-party sub-processors to assist in providing the services (e.g., cloud hosting providers). A list of current sub-processors is available upon request.

4. Data Subject Rights

CliqCase shall assist the Customer, to the extent possible, in fulfilling their obligation to respond to requests from Data Subjects exercising their rights under applicable data protection laws.

5. Return or Deletion of Data

Upon termination of the Service, CliqCase will, at the choice of the Customer, delete or return all personal data processed on behalf of the Customer, unless legal obligations necessitate further retention.
